Trees - reflection is like stopping to try to see the wood for the trees

Reflecting on the course and what I did during it was something that I wasn't used to doing in this formal way. I saw it as taking time to look back over what I was doing as I went through the course - to stand back and try to see the wood as well as the trees.

Surfing beach in Bundoran - a good place in which to reflect

A trip to Bundoran in Co Donegal over the June bank holiday weekend helped to clear my head after the stresses of the meta project and also gave me time to think and reflect whilst sitting on my board in the beautiful sunshine, waiting for the next wave to come in.
